This Agreement applies to users(s) if users(s) are visitors, registered- free or paid user(s) who access the website for any purpose.

The information provided on Investello.com website in the form of charts, numbers, articles, blogs, notes, tool tips, etc. are solely to help individual make wise investment/financial decisions. Investello is neither a Portfolio Manager, Broker nor a Sub-broker. Investello is not a registered investment advisor.

Under no circumstances shall Investello be held liable for delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through Investello.com resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, corruption of data, software errors and bugs, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers or crackers.

Limitations on Use

Unless otherwise stated, Investello own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions. Except to the extent that Investello has previously provided you with authorization to do so, you may only use Investello.com for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for any use on behalf of any third party.

Investello has no obligation to update the Site or to correct any errors or omissions that might be contained in it.

Subscription

Investello provides for two type of membership

  1. Subscriber (Paid/Premium User)
  2. Free Registered User

The features available to different types of users are available in the feature list on the pricing page.

On duly filling up the online registration form by the User, Investello will establish an account for the User and an E-mail will be sent to the user as per the details provided in the form. Upon clicking on the link in the email, user account in Investello.com gets activated. Investello reserves right to inspect correctness of information if found necessary. Any suspicious account will not be activated till final acceptance by Investello irrespective of payment.

Investello reserves right to deactivate / suspend / restrict / terminate any account in the interest of Investello or in the general interest without any prior notice without giving any reason thereof or also on grounds of non-payment, unauthorized use, incorrect incomplete or untrue disclosure of information, objectionable displays or behaviour without any claim for refund.

Investello reserves the right to change features/functionalities –entitlement to users at any point without prior intimation to users. You may cancel the subscription service. No refund will be provided if the user cancels the subscription.

Investello reserves the right to change the fees it charges for products, services or features (collectively, "Products") offered in connection with the Premium Service and/or the Web Site at any time. These sorts of changes include, but are not limited to, adding fees for new/optional Products and/or modifying fees for existing Products. By using any of the Products, with which there are associated fees, you agree to pay those fees. If you do not want to pay these associated fees, you must cancel your subscription.

Any request to transfer a Premium membership to another account will not be accepted unless approved by our founding members.

  • User’s Obligations You (User) undertake to -

    a) Provide true, accurate, correct and complete information which you are required to provide when you register or subscribe as a user of the Website,

    b) Notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information

    c) You agree not to - impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use, or disclose your password or user name to any other person, or allow your password or user name to be used by any other person to access the Services.

    d) We strictly follow One Person-One Account policy. If your account is found in violation of the terms or if we find that multiple people have been given access to your premium account, we shall suspend it immediately without issuing any refund.

  • Refund and Cancellation Policy

    No refund will be provided if you (user) cancels the subscription. You agree and understand that all services provided are non-refundable.

  • Links to Third party sites

    Investello.com may contain information, products, and services provided by third parties. Investello states that the on-line resources that can be accessed from the Site by use of hypertext links are not maintained or controlled by Investello. Investello is therefore not responsible for the content of such linked resources.

    Investello is not responsible for the security of such other sites, nor for the terms of use or security / privacy policies of such sites. It is your responsibility to review such other sites for policies and practices of concern to you.

    Investello makes no warranty express or implied with respect to the use of the links provided nor does Investello guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or adequacy of any resource, information, system, product or process available at or from the website.

  • Posting Your Content / Information on the Website

    Investello.com may contain information posted by users in the form of comments, blogs, forums, private messages, emails, etc. Investello does not, and cannot, review all such information and materials and has no responsibility or liability for any such information or materials or their use. Investello is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, proprietary, lawfulness, truthfulness or adequacy of such information, and shall not be liable to any user in connection with his/her reliance on such content. In addition Investello.com is not responsible for the conduct of the user activities on the website.

    The User shall solely be responsible for ensuring that in using the Service, all applicable laws, rules and regulations for the use of systems, service or equipment shall be at all times complied with.   • Privacy Policy

    Your privacy is very important to us. You can always visit our website without revealing who you are or providing any personal information. When you visit our site we do collect usage information, but it is anonymous and is not linked to you as an individual.

    If you register with us, we will have your name, email address and/or Mobile Number. We shall use this information only for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes. You may request for deletion of data associated with your account by sending us an email at support@investello.com.

    We will send you periodical email newsletters, from which you can opt out. If you subscribe to our update notification, you will receive emails when we have an update. You can always opt out of these emails. We will not share your personal information with any third party.

    You can also register using your Google/Facebook account. Investello.com does not have access to your Google/Facebook account password. We use Open ID for authentication.

    If you subscribe our premium membership, we use PAYTM payment gateway for the payment. We do NOT have access to your credit/debit card, your bank account number/password or your PAYTM account.

  • Conflicting Terms and Conditions

    If there is any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this User Agreement shall govern, control and trump those other conflicting agreement terms.

  • Changed Terms and Conditions

    Investello may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

  • Breaches of these terms and conditions

    Without prejudice to Investello’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Investello may take such action as Investello deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

  • Indemnity

    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Investello.com, its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from and against all claims and expenses, arising out of :

    (a) the use of Investello by Subscriber or Subscriber's Account.
    (b) any non-compliance by user with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Severability

    If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

  • Entire agreement

    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Investello in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

  • Law and jurisdiction

    These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of India and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

  • Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights

    Reference at the Site to any specific commercial product, process or service by its trade name, trademark, and manufacturer or otherwise does not constitute or imply its endorsement or recommendation by Investello. Any trademark referenced belongs to its owner, and Investello makes no claim as to its use or ownership.

    Investello and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Copyright on materials available on the Site may belong to Investello or others (Copyright Owner). Any use of such material without express authorization of the Copyright Owner is at your own risk.
